Sears furnace not delivered. - UPS Freight- Knoxville, TN


I ordered a furnace through Sears, the lady working typed in my information and she ordered it online. Paid in advance to be delivered to my zip code 40831. Furnace was to be delivered between January 10 thru 14, 2013. This item was sent directly from F. N. Cuthbert Inc.. This company used UPS Freight for delivery. Through entire ordeal F.N. Cuthbert were very helpful and courteous. Margaret called from UPS Freight, she said it would be the following monday, the 21st before it could be delivered, she asked could i meet them in Middlesboro, KY an hour away from me on wednesday the 16th. I told her I may be able to. I didn't know where or when, I hadn't talked to anyone to set up a sheduled meeting. I hadn't heard anything from them, so on the 21st I was expecting the delivery, it didn't show up. I gave them a call. Said I would have to pay another delivery charge, and have to pick it up in Middlesboro, an hour from my home. I told her I would not pay another delivery charge, to just return it. Any item I order from now on will not be shipped by UPS Freight. I had bad service, the lady was not polite.
